I'm currently a student in the Masters of Library Studies program at Rutgers University. The page was done as the term project for the Spring '97 semester for the Internet Interfaces class, taught by Professor Jose Perez-Carballo. There were a number of nice projects done for this course, and you can see them here.
I chose this topic for my project because I've been doing some writing in these genres, and I should have some pieces ready to submit to markets before too long. Hopefully I can add some personal experiences about acceptance and rejection of works to these pages.
