Looking ahead -- Colloquia:

Held irregularly on Wednesday evenings from 7:00 to 9:00 pm, MLIS colloquia are opportunities to hear about current issues and developments in the library/information field from visiting speakers. While you have to register for this as a non-credit course (610:502) during one semester before graduating (next-to-last semester is recommended), you are encouraged to attend at any time that a topic is of interest to you (no registration necessary). Colloquia are announced on the LISSA electronic discussion list.
