I am a doctoral student in Media Studies, with a strong interest in youth and entertainment television. American TV series travel and reach teenagers in different parts of the world. My research explores how adolescents relate these American programs to their own cultural experience.

This spring, I am taking classes and animating a film/video workshop for middle school students in Harlem, NY through the Harlem Center for Education. This summer, I will be teaching section B6 of 04:567: 480 Media Ethics and Law at Rutgers.
