To secure a room, we encourage you to make your reservation as soon as possible! The ISIPS room rate expires on April 25, 2008. Reservations may be made by calling the hotel directly at 732-873-1234 and requesting the rate for "ISIPS."
The ISIPS group rate is $165 per night single/double occupancy, plus local taxes and fees (15%). There are a limited number of rooms available.

Airport
The closest airport to Rutgers, New Brunswick is Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). You can also fly into Philadelphia.
Travel from the airport to the hotel:
New Jersey Transit trains run approximately every 30 minutes from the Newark Airport train station to the New Brunswick station (less frequently on Sundays). The Hyatt Regency New Brunswick is about two blocks from the station. Trains also run from Philadelphia 30th Street to New Brunswick station (may require a transfer), and from New York Penn Station to New Brunswick.
Transportation from the Philadelphia Airport. You can take the SEPTA train from the airport to the 30th Street station.
State Shuttle runs a shared airport pick-up service from Newark Airport (cost $37), LaGuardia ($101) or JFK ($109) to the Hyatt. Cost is for one person (plus gratuity, plus tolls). Reservations should be made one day in advance (973.729.0030 or 800.427.3207) for the pick-up. Pick-ups and drop-offs are between 5am and 10pm. Upon arrival to the airport call the shuttle driver and pick up is within 10 minutes of your call.
If you are flying into LaGuardia or JFK you can take the Port Authority Ground Transportation service from the other two airports to Newark Airport and reserve the shuttle service above from Newark Airport to New Brunswick for the $37.
