Email interface and user studies. WebTaskMail is a web email interface that extends inbox to show pending tasks that are described in email messages on a timeline. The studies demonstrated that user performance is effected by cogntiive abilities and the type of task.

Dynophone: Notetaking and phone conversation recording. Hand written notes entered during a phone conversation on a pen-based tablet computer were time-stamped and linked to the recorded conversation. Later, the recorded conversation could be replayed by pointing to the selected scribbles.
